The
new "Apollo" Monoblock amplifiers...

Boasting
250WPC Rogue Audio's new flagship amplifier pair is ready to rock
the audio industry. The Apollo's ability to reveal the finest musical
details combined with seemingly unlimited dynamics mark this as
a new benchmark in reference level amplifiers. Three pairs
of KT88/KT90 output tubes are driven by a pair of 12AU7's and a
12AX7 input tube. The Apollo has both balanced (XLR) and two sets
of RCA single ended inputs. Weighing in at 100 pounds each, these
amplifiers contain massive LCR type power supplies inside their
exquisitely machines aluminum exteriors.
Suggested
retail price is $9,995/pair

Now
available: The "Athena" Reference linestage...

Based
on our flagship Hera preamplifier, the Athena offers reference level
performance in a more compact single box design. The Athena uses
four 6H30P tubes in a mu-follower configuration to provide outstanding
detail and dynamics. A seperate power supply housing two torroidal
transformers keeps the noise floor extremely low and provides power
to the enormous power supplies located in the main chassis. Features
include a phase invert button, unity gain bypass, buffered tape
monitor, processor loop and a motorized stepped attenuator.
Suggested retail price is $4,995.

The
website will be updated shortly with photos and specs for this extraordinary
linestage. In the meantime, here are some of the general specifications:

Increases January 2008:
For
the last several years Rogue Audio has managed to hold the line
on our pricing even in the face of significant increases in our
manufacturing costs. Steel prices as well as many of our other costs
have increased dramatically. Our power amplifers (which have very
heavy transformers in them) have been particularly affected by these
increases. As of January 1st the price of the Zeus will be $7,995,
the M-150 monoblocks will increase to $4,495 the price of the Stereo
90 will go to $2,495 and the Atlas power amp will be priced at $1,495.
Of course we will honor our current pricing through the end of the
year and we hope you understand these relatively modest price increases.
New
for 2006, the "Perseus" preamplifier...
This
newest addition to the Rogue product line features a home theater
bypass loop, a subwoofer output, mm/mc phono with user adjustable
loading, metal remote volume control. The linestage consists
of four 12AU7 tubes (exposed with tube cage) in a mu follower configuration.
The Perseus really wowed the crowd at this years CES and at $1,795
represents a true bargain in high end audio. Photos and further
details will be on the website shortly. The Perseus is now being
shipped to your favorite dealer.
Rogue

For this years' Stereophile Show, Rogue Audio has teamed-up with
our friends at JPS Labs, Meadowlark, Avid Turntables and Echobusters.
We will be displaying a reference level system with not one, but
two Zeus amplifiers in vertical biamp mode driving the new Meadowlark
Blue Heron II loudspeakers. JPS is supplying all the cables and
the room will be treated with Echobuster's acoustical panels. The
Acutus turntable from Avid will be the featured front end for the
system. Please visit us in room 609.
